Walk in nature

September 29, 2021Category: Thoughts

It makes you feel alive to stand amid vast nature. You start to notice little things: a lizard looking for food, ants marching, birds singing, and all kinds of songs that the insects play.

You can finally stop to feel the air around you, the gentle breeze touching your skin, brushing your body hair. To be part of the world, the real world, the natural world. And really, all is one: omnis cellula e cellula!

You'll see the fact that you're alive, living and breathing, is a miracle. Can you see it? Hundreds of millions of years, and here you are, typing these words. And the fact that everything will be over before I know it makes it all the more worth it.

It's worth it to wake up every day. It's worth it to be around with your family. It's worth it to make them laugh while it lasts. It's worth it to endure, to push frontiers.

It's the ultimate place called home. Walk in nature is a panacea.
